Delete Your Data

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, send an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your ChessIQo account so we can identify your account.

2. What Data Gets Deleted?

Upon a data deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user account and profile
• Your email address and registration data
• Imported chess games and game history
• Analysis results and weakness profiles
• Training progress, XP, and achievements
• Settings and preferences

3. What Data May Be Retained?

Anonymized and aggregated statistics that no longer contain any personal reference may be retained for product improvement purposes. This data cannot be traced back to you.

4. Processing Time

Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days. In most cases, deletion is completed much sooner.

5. Confirmation

Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided.
